Application

Before starting

• Ensure the mixing container and the application tools are
• clean, especially from waste of previous mixes, and it’s
• recommended to clean the tools directly after usage.

Mixing ratio

• Almomtaz 120” is mixed with 80% (+/- 3%) of water by weight

Preparation & mixing

• "Almomtaz 120" is sprayed on the water with the right ratio (don’t add water to powder), then leave it for 2 minutes till it soaks completely.
• Stir the mixture thoroughly in all directions until you have a homogeneous putty with the appropriate consistency for the application.

Working and setting time

• "Almomtaz 120" is workable for 100 min. in the pile starting from the start of mixing, and reaches the final setting time after 120 min. (+/- 15 min.)
• The product is workable on the surface for less than 20 minutes, depending on the layer thickness, surface conditions, weather conditions, and humidity.
• The product reaches the completely dry surface after 1–5 days, depending on the layer thickness, surface conditions, weather conditions, and humidity.
